In line with the love of fine snow, Gravity X company produces efficient and safe ski machines used in foreign ski operation mobilisation training and carries out indoor ski training. Gravity X follows the principle of "safety first, voluntary participation".

The participant is required to take responsibility for their own safety. If there is an accident during training, then Gravity X has the obligation to organise the treatment but does not assume any legal or economic responsibility.  Please read the following terms carefully, after the agreement is signed, this hereby declares that you are bound by the terms of this agreement.

The participant is required to take responsibility for their own safety. If there is an accident during training, then Gravity X has the obligation to organise the treatment but does not assume any legal or economic responsibility.  Please read the following terms carefully, after the agreement is signed, this hereby declares that you are bound by the terms of this agreement.

1. This statement applies to all individuals, including guests, students and members who participate in the Gravity X ski hall.
2. The safety risk reminder has been publicly displayed in the store, and safety guarantee equipment and rescue procedures are provided.
3. The ski equipment and skiing machines used by guests/students/members conform to specifications and are up to standard for appropriate use.
4. Individuals over the age of 28 participating in ski courses shall be regarded as having full capacity for civil conduct. Additionally, accompanying guardians of minors shall also be regarded as having full capacity for civil conduct.
5. Guests acknowledge the potential risk of injury when participating in ski courses and voluntarily participate in ski lessons and use ski equipment as required. In the event of injury while participating in any ski course at Gravity X, the guest/trainee/member agrees to assume all risks, including the risk of death, and waives the right to pursue and claim compensation, thereby releasing Gravity X Player Resort from any and all liability.
6. Individuals with health problems (such as high blood pressure, heart disease, pregnancy, or other conditions not suitable for strenuous exercise) must inform the coach and staff before entering the Gravity X ski hall. In such cases of injury due to personal health issues, alcoholism, or failure to follow the coach’s instructions, Gravity X will not assume responsibility for compensation. Any damages shall be addressed by the injured person in accordance with the law and this statement.
7. Friends and family members accompanying guests or club members must follow the instructions in the ski hall and from the staff. If they do not comply and suffer injury or other consequences while freely moving around the Gravity X area, Gravity X will not bear any liability or provide compensation.
8. This disclaimer must be signed by the ski course guest, student or member themselves. For minors, the accompanying guardian must sign on their behalf, which is regarded as having communicated the details with the ski course guests and being authorized to sign.
9. Filming Permission: By participating in indoor surfing activities, you consent to Gravity X filming or photographing you for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please inform our staff before the session begins.
